The e-CERISE face-to-face session took place from 27 to 29 November 2018 in Marcy l’Etoile, with the 12 selected participants and 6 supervisors, including one representative of the OIE, one of the EISMV Dakar and one of the Veterinary Faculty of Saint Hyacinthe, Québec. The learners were taught « Project Management in the Context of Veterinary Services » and applied these tools to the individual project they are to lead during the course. The topic of these projects corresponds to the priorities defined by the PVS Gap Analysis of the country and should be approved by Department Directors and OIE Delegates of the involved countries.
